I’ve been hiding a little bit of exciting news. Apartments.com recently asked me to write a series of four articles for their site, focusing on decor and organizing just like I do here!
The first post is available now, and it’s all about maximizing a small closet. Almost every tip can be done quickly, and they’re actually great for any size closet. It’s just more vital if you’ve got serious space limits.
You can read it here, then if you’re wondering about the products shown, I added a source list below. All the cube-related stuff is on sale this week, so grab them while you can!
Cube Organizer
Shoe Divider
Shelf Divider
Quarter Cube Bin
Full Cube Bin
Over the Door Organizer (LOVE that this has various sized pockets)
Velvet Hangers I Use
Kid’s Velvet Hangers
I’m going to snag another cube organizer while they are on sale for the closet in the craft room. I use it for holiday storage, but didn’t want to add more permanent shelves. With the cubes, I can keep the existing closet rods in place in case we ever need them. I’m a little giddy at the thought of finally getting that closet under control!
For more closet inspiration, you can check out my master closet before & after and Nicole’s post on working with a shared medium-size closet.

How strange, Heather. Sorry about that! I just tried it and had my husband try it on his tablet and all the links worked for each of us, so I don’t know what’s going on. I’ll pass the error on to them though!

I also have an error!
